This place has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff were fantastic; the breakfast was delicious, and its location is convenient, close to the train station and shops.

The Mercure Telford Centre Hotel is conveniently located near the city center, conference/shopping center, and town centre. the highlight of my stay was the delicious food at the hotel. - the staff at the hotel were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful.

Pos: The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of dishes from the 1980s at a reasonable price, making it a great stay for my business trip.

Loved it - the place is nice and suited me fine. The location is very central. Overall the room is brilliant, soothing and includes tea/coffee, a kettle, and an iron. The service is brilliant, includes great parking.  

The staff is really friendly and helpful, they even offer a free wake-up service and provide an iron if needed, and the room is cozy with convenient amenities like slippers and shower gel.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, available around the clock, the room was nicely decorated with its own bathroom, electric kettle, and fridge.
